Artemisia Annua Ointment FORTE Vegan 15 ml

Annual mugwort, also known as Artemisia annua, is a plant from the Asteraceae family and the Artemisia genus. The Artemisia annua care ointment from Artemisium is a strong “Forte” ointment with increased effectiveness, because while many other suppliers work with 10g of Artemisia annua per 100ml of olive oil, we use 20g of Artemisia annua per 100ml of olive oil.

This high-quality skincare is offered in an elegant glass jar made of violet glass (MIRON glass), which is known for its ability to protect the valuable ingredients from the harmful effects of light. The violet glass blocks harmful UV rays while preserving the quality and freshness of the ingredients over a longer period of time, so that their nourishing properties are maintained for longer.

The formulation consists of a balanced combination of natural ingredients: olive oil, carnauba wax and artemisia annua. Olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids and natural antioxidants that help to intensively moisturize the skin. It helps the skin to regenerate and helps to keep it soft and supple without weighing it down. Olive oil is particularly suitable for dry and sensitive skin types, as it provides gentle yet intensive care.

Carnauba wax, extracted from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm, is a vegetable wax that is highly valued in skin care for its skin-protecting and moisture-retaining properties. It forms a breathable protective barrier on the skin that locks in moisture and keeps the skin soft and smooth without clogging pores. Carnauba wax is known for its firmness, which gives the formulation a pleasant consistency that is easy to spread on the skin.

Artemisia annua, a traditionally used plant, is valued for its nourishing properties. It supports the skin in a natural way and complements the formulation with its soothing and protective effects. This plant is often used in traditional skin care and contributes to a pleasant skin feeling.

Thanks to the special combination of these ingredients in conjunction with the protective function of the MIRON violet glass, this skincare product provides intensive moisture, protection and care for the skin. The skin becomes soft and supple and feels completely nourished. This formulation is ideal for daily use to support the skin in its natural beauty.

Our Artemisia annua oil is produced over a period of at least 6 to 8 weeks using a gentle cold extraction process. This preserves all the ingredients, as the artemisinin contained in Artemisia annua is very sensitive to heat and can lose its effectiveness during hot extraction.

That's why we opted for a violet glass jar

Even amber glass offers a high level of protection against light. Violet glass protects even better against ultraviolet radiation in sunlight and absorbs most of it. This means that the ointment in the glass jar is optimally protected from light and helps to preserve the color, smell and properties of the ingredients of this natural product.

We attach great importance to protecting our products in the best possible way to extend their shelf life. In addition, a glass jar is not only of higher quality, but also much more sustainable than those made of plastic. We are therefore taking a big step in the right direction and making a significant contribution to the environment. As the violet glass jar is dishwasher-safe, you can reuse it at any time and store earrings or your favorite necklace in it, for example. However, if you don't want to do this, you can of course dispose of the glass jar in the green glass container.

Application:
Massage into wet skin 1 to 3 times a day. Use a cosmetic spatula, for example, to remove the ointment in order to avoid contamination and thus not shorten the shelf life of the ointment.
