Artemisia Annua Ointment FORTE with propolis 15 ml

Annual mugwort, also known as Artemisia annua, is a plant from the Asteraceae family and the Artemisia genus. The Artemisia annua care ointment from Artemisium is a strong “Forte” ointment with increased effectiveness, because while many other suppliers work with 10g of Artemisia annua per 100ml of olive oil, we use 20g of Artemisia annua per 100ml of olive oil.

ARTEMISIUM Artemisia annua ointment FORTE with propolis is supplied in a high-quality violet glass jar, also known as a miron jar. The cream jar is sealed with a gold-colored lid. The almost black-looking jar and the golden lid create an incomparably elegant look.

This high-quality skincare is offered in an elegant glass jar made of violet glass (MIRON glass), which protects the valuable ingredients from the harmful effects of light. The special violet glass blocks harmful UV rays and preserves the nourishing properties of the ingredients so that they remain fresh and effective for longer.

The formulation consists of a carefully selected combination of natural ingredients: 20% DMSO, olive oil, beeswax, propolis and Artemisia annua. DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a versatile ingredient that penetrates deep into the skin and supports the absorption of the other active ingredients. It contributes to skin care and helps to intensively moisturize the skin.

Olive oil, rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, provides deep nourishment and leaves the skin soft and supple. It helps the skin to retain moisture and is particularly suitable for dry and sensitive skin.

Beeswax forms a protective, breathable barrier on the skin that locks in moisture and protects the skin from external influences. It contributes to the suppleness of the skin without clogging the pores.

Propolis, a valuable bee substance, has long been used in skin care and complements the formula with its protective and nourishing properties. It supports the natural skin barrier and contributes to a pleasant skin feeling.

Artemisia annua, a traditionally used plant, is valued for its nourishing properties. It rounds off the formula and contributes to balanced and soothed skin.

By combining these powerful ingredients and the protective effect of MIRON violet glass, this skincare provides rich, moisturizing care that leaves the skin soft, supple and well nourished. This formulation is ideal for daily use and supports the skin in its natural beauty.

Our Artemisia annua oil is produced over a period of at least 6 to 8 weeks using a gentle cold extraction process. This preserves all the ingredients, as the artemisinin contained in Artemisia annua is very sensitive to heat and can lose its effectiveness during hot extraction.

That's why we opted for a violet glass jar

Even amber glass offers a high level of protection against light. Violet glass protects even better against ultraviolet radiation in sunlight and absorbs most of it. This means that the ointment in the glass jar is optimally protected from light and helps to preserve the color, smell and properties of the ingredients of this natural product.

We attach great importance to protecting our products in the best possible way to extend their shelf life. In addition, a glass jar is not only of higher quality, but also much more sustainable than those made of plastic. We are therefore taking a big step in the right direction and making a significant contribution to the environment. As the violet glass jar is dishwasher-safe, you can reuse it at any time and store earrings or your favorite necklace in it, for example. However, if you don't want to do this, you can of course dispose of the glass jar in the green glass container.

Application:
Massage into wet skin 1 to 3 times a day. Use a cosmetic spatula, for example, to remove the ointment in order to avoid contamination and thus not shorten the shelf life of the ointment.
