We offer the following payment methods:

Prepayment

If you order in advance, you will receive a 2 percent discount on the value of the goods (shipping costs are not discountable)!

Our bank details will be displayed at the end of the order process and you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. You will also find our bank details again below:

Please transfer the full invoice amount to the specified bank account, stating your order number. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, we will dispatch the delivery.

PayPal

After you have submitted your order, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website. There you can log in as usual with your PayPal access data or set up a new account.

PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online stores - and even without additional fees, because we pay them for you!

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. Your bank and credit card details are not sent to us either.

Easy: You pay with two clicks. This is because you use your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for each purchase.

With PayPal Plus you have the option of paying in the following ways:

• with your PayPal balance
• by direct debit
• by credit card
• on account

Purchase on account

You can also order on account from the third order onwards.

The payment method invoice may be restricted for certain products. If this is the case, you will be informed during the ordering process.

The maximum value for purchase on account is 300.00 euros.

Credit card

Payment by credit card is possible at any time via PayPal.

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.99 per order via DHL.

From an order value of 70,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight. You can see the respective shipping costs in the table below. These are also displayed during order processing.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment from the time of receipt of payment).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery may also be restricted on Saturdays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Customs duties and import sales tax

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please ask your local customs office for this information. These fees are to be borne by you.
