How can I redeem an ARTEMISIUM voucher?

1. Look in our overview for a suitable ARTEMISIUM voucher for your planned purchase.
2. Read through the voucher conditions and check whether there are any details that need to be observed when ordering, such as a minimum order value.
3. Make a note of the ARTEMISIUM voucher code or select and copy it to the clipboard of your computer, tablet or smartphone.
4. Now take your time to browse through the range in our online store.
5. When the shopping cart contains all the items you want to order, open it and enter the ARTEMISIUM voucher code in the voucher field. Redeem the ARTEMISIUM voucher and receive the discount.

Why is my ARTEMISIUM voucher not working?

• If the voucher conditions are not met, the ARTEMISIUM voucher code cannot be redeemed. In this case, check whether, for example, a minimum order value is specified.
• The ARTEMISIUM discount code must be entered correctly before it can be redeemed. Upper and lower case letters may also be relevant here.
• Expired ARTEMISIUM vouchers can no longer be redeemed. If the validity period has expired, select another discount from our overview.
• Discount vouchers cannot be applied to items that have already been reduced.
• Unfortunately, our vouchers cannot be redeemed with a guest account. Please first create a customer account with an e-mail address and password. You can then redeem the desired voucher code.

If, contrary to expectations, there are problems with an ARTEMISIUM voucher, please contact us by e-mail at info@artemisium.de. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. Important details include

• your name
• your e-mail address registered with us
• the voucher code used
• the exact error message (ideally you should send us a screenshot)
• the browser you are using (e.g. "Internet Explorer 11 (64 Bit)" or "Safari 13.0.5")

Is there a permanent sale at ARTEMISIUM?

In the ARTEMISIUM online store you will find the Offers menu item. Here you will find, if available, bargains and discounts on some of our products with a price reduction of up to 50 percent. The respective offers are only available for a limited time and may include products from all areas.

Can I order free shipping from ARTEMISIUM?

From an order value of 70 euros, you will receive free standard shipping within Germany at ARTEMISIUM. You do not need an ARTEMISIUM voucher for free shipping. The shipping costs are automatically waived once you have reached the minimum order value.

Will I receive a newsletter voucher from ARTEMISIUM?

As we do not currently send out newsletters, we do not provide our customers with a special ARTEMISIUM newsletter voucher.

Is there an ARTEMISIUM discount for new customers?

When you shop in our online store for the first time, you can redeem an ARTEMISIUM new customer discount. This offers you a price advantage of 5 euros with a minimum order value of just 30 euros. All you need to do is create a customer account with your e-mail address and a password. Unfortunately, guest accounts cannot use the new customer discount.
